Absolutely disgusting place...cockroaches that the office calls ""water bugs"", THIN ass walls and floors, NO parking, feces all over the ground, stray cats everywhere, $1200 for a 2 bed 1.5 bath. Laundry room is a joke, half the washers dont work and the ones that do leak every where. Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. NO counter or cupboard space in the kitchen. Rude ass people that live there. Office staff could not be worse with guest service. The pool is FILTHY and anyone who's anyone is allowed to use it. There's cracks in the walls that they just paint over. The front door doesnt close securely. Carpets are filthy on move in. Just an all around NASTY place, DO NOT MOVE HERE
