I went on-line and scheduled an emergency service because my drains had backed up at my residence. I received a call within 20 minutes and Rodney with Roto-Rooter was at my house within the hour. He was very nice and did a complete assessment, then thoroughly explained what procedures were needed. He offered great advice and had my drains flowing again very quickly. Price was very affordable.
