Mark was really courteous and friendly. He did everything he could to make this transaction painless....actually all of the guys I dealt with were very nice. Chris and Amir were very knowledgeable in their areas. Chris and Mark even went to trouble of reprogramming my door locks just based on a casual mention that I would prefer that they all open when putting the truck in park....this was above and beyond in my eyes. Honda of McKinney said it couldn't be done. Kirk made my experience so easy and even went out of his way so I didn't have to drive as far and for that I am grateful. The overall experience was very easy and everyone I dealt with was very nice and friendly! This was such a rare experience from previous dealerships I was pleasantly surprised. Once again THANK YOU Kirk and Amir.
