This place is absolutely horrible. On 3/15/2012 I setup an appointment to have my tax return amended with a guy named Steve. When we sat down he was clearly bothered by me, for no reason at all. He was telling me that my type of tax return was not his expertise and that the owner was a CPA that could better handle them. I had called the night before, for this exact reason so I could verify if the could handle my taxes. I asked if I was a bother to him, and he said he had a lot on his plate. So I asked if I should go somewhere else and he said yes, I then left. Not a professional way to run a business. Obviously I'm not coming back and am going to blog about this extensively.
