tell the operators no to lie, when the coach or limo did not shoe up to my house on Aug 29 @ 5:30, I called at 5:48 and the operator said, I have him on the GPS, he is there. of cause he wasn't, we left we a taxi. she called back and spoke with one of my kids, she said that the driver need it 1/2 hour to get there, well we had left. one thing I have to say , they return all of my money with out asking for it. it ruin the night and the mood. my advise is call 1 hour before arrival to make sure they well be there.
