Review content:
On 11-11-11 (a Federal Holiday) We had an issue with the main sewer line at our home backing up, and called Roto Rooter. They explained that there was no additional cost for what I thought would be an after hours service call. We were told that they would be here in less than 2 hours and would call when they were 1/2 hour away.
The customer service rep called to keep us posted and the tech was prompt and very friendly. He explained what we could do to help prevent this in the future.
