I LOVE Studio Anya. The pictures speak for themselves in terms of what a cool space it is. Luckily, the classes are just as cool too. The owner, Courtney, has developed her own curriculum with her own twist on yoga and Pilates/movement work. In just a few weeks of going to classes there, I feel I've significantly improved my strength, flexibility, and general wellness, in ways that I was never able to achieve over about five years of practicing yoga at gyms and other studios around the city. I definitely recommend you check it out--the more, the merrier!!
