Review content:
Love this place! As soon as you walk in the door you are immediately relaxed, despite being in the middle of the city. It's like a little sanctuary. They have a bathroom, changing room (no lockers), kitchen where you can make tea and enjoy fresh basked treats from time to time, library and comfy chairs (with massagers!). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also provide mats (for free!), so you don't have to carry yours around on the subway, etc. I recommend taking Anya yoga or mods or springing the extra $ for a private Pilates appt on the reformer. You def leave feeling refreshed!
