NO RATING. THEY ARE DUMB, DONT KNOW ANYTHING BESIDES WAYS TO GET MONEY FROM YOU. MY STEP DAD HAD PROPERTIES THRU THEM, TOOK THEM BACK. THEY KEPT SPENDING HIS MONEY WITHOUT ASKING TO MAKE REPAIRS TO THE HOUSE. THEY CANNOT STOP BUGGING US FOR THINGS THAT CONCERNS NO ONE. ITS BEEN ISSUE AFTER ISSUE, INCLUDING MANY MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS WITH THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR HOUSE. ITS RIDICULOUS HOW MANY PROBLEMS IVE HAD, AND IVE ONLY BEEN WITH THEM FOR 4MONTHS NOW
