Folks, I thought I would drop you a line to thank you for your wonderful service last August 25th. I had tried to call you from atop Carlsbad Caverns the day before, but that had resulted in 6 to 8 dropped call. Through it all you were courteous and patient and when I was finally able to call you that evening, at the last minute, you took my order as a matter of course and delivered the birthday cake at 2 o?clock Saturday afternoon, exactly when you said you would.
With your kind help I was able to give my grandson a 12th birthday he will never forget.
The cake itself was stunningly beautiful. It was huge: much larger than I ever could have anticipated; but most importantly, it was the best tasting birthday cake I have ever had. In that had 60 myself, I can speak as an expert.
I chose the ABQ Marriott because it happened to be the closest hotel to your cake shop. I was right in that decision. Thank you again
