Donna Tallman is the opposite of what her company jingle would like you to believe...""like a good neighbor, state farm is there""...as her actual neighbor, she is anything but. I recently had the displeasure of coming home from work the other day to find she had tresspassed on to my property to chop down my privacy hedge. The hedge is 100% on my property and all she had to say is ""It will grow back"".
