Horrible prom experience. Tux was old and faded, offered no help to young kids, overcharged for nothing refused to make adjustments, pants too long shirt too long, shoes scuffed, jacket too big. Placed blame for this on teenager just trying to look good at prom and have a lifelong memory. As for this experience, they were all about the money and short on customer service. Maria was self centered and rude, has zero customer service or people skills. GO ELSEWHERE!
