I have used Jones Moving and Storage 3 times in the last 2 years and I have found them nothing but professional, competent and very customer service oriented. Mike and Jerry were both helpful in getting me the right guys for the job. One crew was much faster than the other, but the slower crew was very meticulous and wrapped up every piece of furniture and everything else that might get damaged. The guys are courteous, helpful if you need something extra done and I felt worthy of big tips. After my last move, there were a few things that they left un wrapped and when I called, Mike had someone over the next day to get it done. I recommend them highly. I'm sorry for the first reviewers bad experience. Mine was just the opposite. I noticed that the bad reviews were for storage and out of town moves. Mine were local all three times. Maybe that's the difference.
