I completely agree with the previous comment. Mt Kisco Kinkos hires semi educated mutants. No one takes responsibility for their mistake in that store, they always find some escape reason.
I gave a poster for printing and specified the exact specifications (width and height), material to print on and the exact timing for pickup. They screwed up everything. First they did not have it on time. After giving them a warning, I waited for about an hour. By then, they had gave a wrong print out which was not my content at all. I was completely irritated and the guys at Kinko's didn't give a damn to what happened. Finally, they gave me the printout of the correct content after 2 hrs of waiting. When I rolled it to keep in the mail tube, I noticed it was a wrong size. They printed a huge size poster, instead of a requested size.
All in all, I had to accept the wrong size poster, which was any way better than a wrong content. NEVER NEVER GO TO THIS KINKOS FOR ANY JOB. THEY SCREW IT.
