I took my two dogs here for over a year and I would not recommend Betty Baugh's to anyone. Although the office is nice and in a nice area of town, I had several issues. First, we saw a different doctor every time we went, and with a sickly dog, there was no continuity. The dental doctor also said she would research a certain condition and call us back, and I never received the call. In one instance, my dog was very rudely treated by a tech, and the care given was anything but thorough. They also failed to inform me when my shots were due. I would try a different place if you love your pets.
