Review content:
I read many reviews of this complex, but did not believe that any place as nice looking could deserve such bad raps. Then I moved in. I won't say that the management is inept. They just don't care. I won't bore you with the many many examples of frustration that tenants are subjected to, but here are but a few: No toilet for 2 days, plugged sinks ( not my doing), smoke and methane gas detectors go off constantly, garage has people changing their oil in their parking space, junk cars with flat tires that haven't been moved for months, cheap appliances that break-down continually, etc. etc. etc. They have a central hot water tank that takes 5-6 minutes before you get tepid water, and a huge water bill, based on a secret formula that they can not explain. You pay a third party somewhere in the eastern U.S. for the water/sewage/trash that charges fees if you try to pay on-line or even automatic deduction. And don't be late. The fees are in the 50% apr bracket. They have a bulk account with Time Warner for your cable but you can never get the cable to work properly. Time Warner says its the apartment's 'substation' that's the cause and the apartment mgt. says it's not their problem. Get It. A large portion of the apartments are designated low income housing which has caused many problems for the rest of the complex. I'm stuck here till the lease lapses.
