I moved to the north suburbs of Illinois 6 years ago and struggled for five years to find a great hairdresser. Then a friend of mine recommended I try Vicki Millard last summer. I followed her to Studio 21 last fall, and I have never been happier with my hair. She colors, highlights and cuts my hair exactly the way I want it, every time. My long, blond hair is healthy and I am extremely happy. Last spring, I moved downtown; however, I continue to drive up to Gurnee to have Vicki do my hair at Studio 21 every two months. The salon itself is clean and professional, upscale but completely comfortable. I love going in to have my hair done!
