This place sucks! Rented a scooter, best price we could find but now I understand why. Should have said no thank you when he pulled out the scooter that came with its own screw driver! They said it was for the seat, when he had a hard time starting it I really should have just walked away. We had it for 3 hours, parked it outside of sloppy Joe's in motorcycle parking and when we tried to leave it wouldn't start. We tried calling them so they could pick it up and no answer, not even a machine. We finally got a hold of them in the morning and by that time they got a parking ticket. They tried to tell us that it wasn't their problem that it wouldn't start and even went as far as blaming us and accusing us of lying about why it wouldn't start! They couldn't even start it so they reluctantly gave us $30 back...we paid $65 for the rental for 24 hours and got 4. These people were rude and their customer service was non-existant, and we got stuck with the ticket! DO NOT RENT SCOOTERS FROM THESE GUYS!!!
