Roto-Rooter Service 3/28/2010. I want to personally thank Roto Rooter for their amazing service over the weekend. Dave Kovacs should be awarded for going way above and beyond our expectations for the job that he was tasked to complete. We initially called to have a Gas Valve/Thermostat installed on our water heater. Turns out we needed an entire new unit (I will save all my thoughts about Whirlpool for the review I plan on writing for them). Dave was extremely friendly and talked us through every step of the process so that we knew exactly what was going on, and why things were not working. He recommended replacing some of the surrounding parts to ensure the longevity of the new water heater (G.E.), and did so in a professional and non ""used car salesman"" manner. After being without hot water for 4 days, Dave was committed to getting us up and running that day. I have called other plumbing companies in the past, but will only call Roto-Rooter going forward. When other companies want to charge weekend and overtime rates just to come out and diagnose a problem, Roto-Rooter comes out and gives you a free estimate with no obligations! I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone and will continue to be an advocate for such a great company in the future. Thanks Roto-Rooter!
