Review content:
The Plumbers that arrived at my house from Dayton, Ohio got right to work. I have a difficult area for them to get to. My cleanout is located under my Deck, there was no complaints from Bob, he just got to work. They were very friendly. They remained in good spirits, even after it started to rain, had to put on the second reel, and the Drain was still clogged. The Plumbers ended up having to come in the house, carry the equipment to the basement and try again. The drain finally was clear. Bob #029 made sure by running the snake back and forth several times to insure the clog was cleared.
Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to the job.
