We had an issue with our water heater and based on a really good experience the last time we called Roto-Rooter, we called again - this time 4PM on a Sat.
We were told three hours, then received several calls about 45 minutes apart informing of a delay. Finally we agreed to postpone until 8AM next day. Next day, we got call near 9AM that tech was on his way as soon as taking something off truck. To make a long story short, after several more calls, we did get a very nice, competent tech around 11 AM.
So - my point is, if you can't get there because business is slammed, tell me! I can understand that much better than the early promises and then continual delays.
Again - once the tech arrived, he was great and the problem was fixed quickly, and we did receive a discount
