When I called Roto-Rooter in Dayton yesterday I was shocked that they were able to send a plumber out in less than 2 hours. The fixture inside the toilet at my mom's house had broken, so flushing was impossible. The plumber was already there by the time I arrived at the house. Cassidy (#173-3955) looked to be about 16 years old and I asked my mom where the boy's father was! She too was concerned about his age and questioned his experience. When Cassidy told her he was 26years old with a wife and kids she was a little apprehensive. But not only was Cassidy very professional and fixed the toilet in less than an hour's time, he also obliged when I asked him to look at a clogged drain in the basement. The man worked his ass off! This was a very professional man who explained the problems and what he needed to do to fix the issues. He also was very cordial and respectful, and did not try to make us feel intimidated or stupid about the plumbing problems. I've got a leak under the kitchen sink as well, and when I call Roto-Rooter again later to correct that problem, I'll be asking if Cassidy is available. We need more service-oriented people like him who know the meaning of ""customer service"". Excellent job!
