Went down to the basement last night to wash clothes, and found a wonderful surprise for me..a basement full of water..you can imagine the joy on my face..lol..Being this close to Christmas, spending extra $ was the last thing i planned on. But I had to call my local Dayton, Ohio Roto-Rooter. A wonderful tech named Bob came to my house this morning and fixed me right up. He was probably the most nicest tech Ive had, despite my many outdoor steps, basement steps, and the pouring rain outside. If i have problems again, I hope I get Bob.
