Review content:
The man who runs this office ""R"" made so many promises to us and he fell through on all of them. HE promised us a certain therapist but it turns out that therapist does not treat people for what my family member needed to be seen for. He did this 2 times and when we showed up the therapist apologized but would not see us. How could the guy in charge not know what kinds of clients the therapists see?? He seemed out of it and confused and did not even remember our initial conversation. We should of gone with our first impression after meeting him and went somewhere else. This guy was a slob.It was so hard for our family member to get the courage up to seek and and to have this happen was awful. Then we later find out the guy in charge of the office was let go from his last job. Based on our experience its easy to see why.
