His generous spirit and broad knowledge of Tai Chi clearly motivates and inspires seniors of the Warren Avenue retirement community. Resident seniors attest that regular exercise reduces stress and increases feelings of well being. Charles? loyal following of about twenty residents appreciate his very pleasant personality, fondness for seniors, and Tai Chi expertise. Charles is truly an asset to New Horizons at Choate. New Horizons residents greatly value and appreciate Charles? contributions to the community and highly recommend his wonderful services for others.
