I can't believe how rude this receptionist was to me on the phone yesterday. I work at a doggie daycare and boarding facility, and I was calling to have some vaccination records faxed over. The fax didn't go thru so I called back and I thought I was talking to the same [very nice lady] so I said ""Hi its me again, the fax did't go thru again so I was wondering if you could just verify over the phone?"" The lady cut me off and was very rude saying ""I didn't talk to you"". So after she told me part of what I needed, I asked her ""And what about...?"" and she cut me off again and said ""No thats all we gave her! Click......!"" and she hung up on me.
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Very poor customer service
