My kitty had deveoped a pretty scarry looking eye infection and since I had only used Austin Animal Trustees for shots and spaying I did not have a vet. I called around near my home and found that the vets were either booked up or a bit snooty to me. I refuse to pay people to be rude to me so I kept dialing the phone until I found Dr Wood's clinic. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and was able to schedule an appointment for Sophie right away. Dr Woods checked out her eye and provided the eye drops with very clear instuctions on how and when to use them. I felt so good about the place that I scheduled my male kitty an appointment for his annual check up the following weekend. It was a good experience as well.
