Don't you even think to consider this place to get eye exam or order contacts. The employees tried to manipulate me to pay higher prices, charged me $15 extra for exam I didn;t ask for, the doctor didn't even bother to ask my opinion about the lenses that she recommended, she just kept blabbering with bla bla bla and at the end..escorted me outside. The there was this nasty lady whom handled my transaction, she didn't even bother to explain about what kind of lens I'd get, the instruction..she just threw the stuffs in to the bag, put it in front of me, and charged me $142 for exam, free trial and contact lenses that I didn't order. But since it was my first time, I didn't say much which I regretted and walked out. A week later, i came back because I didn't like the contacts, but I opened one of the boxes only to check inside, I didn't open the seal, just took a peek. They refused to give refund for the opened box, so there gone $29. I was soo pissed, I decided to take that box, walked out, and decided to go to another doctor . I don't mind to pay another eye exam as long as I don't need to waste my money on this shi**ty place. Oh one more thing, God forbids, but if you still want to proceed to have ur eyes examed and order their products..DO NOT EVER SIGN ANY WAIVER OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN UR RECEIPT!!!!!! The doctor should hand you the prescription whether you request it not..it is Protected by Law since 2004!!! (too bad I got this information afterwards)
