Review content:
My daughter wanted a limo for her prom and at last minute we began searching. We had a hard time locating one and finally we thought we hit the jackpot. We were so happy. The Limo arrived on time and driver was polite. We ordered the red carpet and was dissapointed when the driver was unaware we ordered this service. No red carpet service. Although the driver said he knew where th prom location was, he drove past it. We ordered pick up from the prom at 11:30 pm. We must have said it 5 times when the service was ordered and another 5 to the driver. When the kids arrived at the location The driver told the kids they had to leave the Prom early. They were walking in the door from the prom at 11:25 instead of leaving the prom at 11:30. Their friends were calling asking why they left and telling them how much they missed. I was upset that they missed out and of course I felt ripped off.
