I called ABC out to look at our water heater. They fixed it in 10 minutes but charged $298 - he couldn't explain their pricing. The next day it broke again - and they came back out - this time they charged nearly $500 and then told us it couldnt be repaired - they said it needed a new water heater for $3500 (ours is 2 years old) and the only way the $800 we had already paid would be refunded was if we bought the water heater with them. They left us with that - and no heating - Thankfully we got another plumber to look at it - he fixed it and charged $110!!!!!! When we checked them out - we found all their positive reviews are fake(they pay companies to write reviews - each reviewer has over 300 reviews to their name!!) and only when we threatened them with making this public AND to report them to better business bureau did they refund the $800. Please be cautious with this company - it makes me ill to think they are preying on older/vulnerable people!!
