I chose this shop based upon the reviews on this site. The BIG repair was done with no problem. The detail work, which was minor, did cause a problem. They resolved the issue but not in a professional manner. They repaired the problem like I would at home: ""I guess this will have to do."" A repair shop should never repair someone's car in a less than professional manner. If something was done incorrectly or not to manufacturer specifications, the solution is to redo the repair and correct any problems that the incorrect repair caused.
