Businiess name:  Vosco Moving

Review content:
Was referred to Vosco. They arrived on time. Started with a walk thru of things to move. Generally worked quickly enough at the start but somewhat bogged down when disassembling a couple furnitures. Despite claiming 1/2 an hr lunch, outage time was closer to an hr because they did not follow my advice when I gave them direction to go to lunch and instead, took the longer route. Because of that, they had a tough time getting to my new home because their GPS can't locate our new home. Screwed up one of my sewing machines when they somehow let the machine popped out of the table frame, allowing oil to pour out of the container onto the machine and all over the floor. Another sewing machine also had oil spilling out but fortunately not the sewing machine itself. This upset me because we had moved these sewing machines ourselves from CA to CO and then another move within CO and never spilled a drop of oil, and yet these professional movers popped one machine and spilled oil two in one day. We did have a lot of stuffs and so they had to make 2 trips. By the 2nd trip, they were understandably tired and their work slowed noticeably. Near the end, a couple of them became agitated and they all no longer worked in team, with one guy reassembling our furniture while the rest milling around outside, only for one to come up to help when called by the guy still working. In the end, they left 2 entertainment centers incorrectly and really badly assembled, forcing us to have to re-do ourselves. Not only that, they were rather disorganized with the furniture tools (screws, bolts, shelf holder, etc.) with some unable to be located while another pack was later discovered to be left at my old house. Word of advice: put all the pieces that belong to a particular furniture that you disassembled in one pack and then tape it to the furniture itself so that when come time to reassemble the furniture, you have all the tools right there - so simple an idea that even I know to do that ... very surprise that these guys did not. We treated them well, gave them all the cold bottled water, soda pop, gatorade that they need, and even pizza for snack. For all that treatment and the price that we paid them, the unfinished business that were left behind is rather disappointing to me. My advice to people is to negotiate with the movers so that if they had to come back for a 2nd load, do so the next day when they're rested & fresh. As for us, we had a sense of being taken during the 2nd load since we paid them full price for less than full effort. Overall, I was not impressed.
