I had several problems with my 2006 Malibu. I had a bad clunk noise from the steering, a loud roaring noise when I drove and the steering wheel was acting funny like it had a mind of it's own. I though this was going to cost me a lot of money from what I had read on line the problem I had are common on the Malibu. I just moved to the area about two months ago from a small town in Indiana. I had no idea where to go so I just looked on line and they were the closest. They told me I would have to pay an inspection fee and then they would call me and let me know what I needed. I waited with baited breath. I got a call from the service rep I think his name was Jesse. He told me what I needed to fix the car then he told me he had some good news for me. He had gone to his manager because this was my first visit and he looked at my history with General Motors and saw that tweo of the items I needed repaired were repaired under warranty back when the car was very new. So even though my car was out of warranty now they would be able to cover them as well as the other item and all I had to pay was $200.00 deductable or copay or something like that. I was thrilled. They just made a customer that will not go anywhere else. Thank you Jesse sorry if I got the name wrong.
