Review content:
The owner cut my hair lopsided more on the left than the right and she cut the right side of the back (beveled it, is what she called it) but DID NOT do the left side in the back (beveled it too), later that night I only noticed the leftside by the ear cut more uneven than the right side. Called the next day to see if the owner can fix my hair, the receptionist had me on hold for awhile and came back and said the owner is booked up to 2 weeks, I said I have to wait 2 weeks to get my hair fixed she said yes. I could not believe what I was hearing. I end up going to someone else who mentioned the part that was called ""beveled"" was just cut straight across and way to short than the other side. Bad customer service and bad haircut (from the owner)! I guess some people might have money to open a business but to actually perform the job and train the receptionist for better customer service that is another story altogether.
