Review content:
America's Best Contacts has America's Worst Customer Service. The workers were very rude and of no help whatsoever. I went there because I was considering switching to contacts, but instead I was belittled by all of the workers for even thinking about switching from glasses to contacts. Then they made me take a glaucoma test for a fee that I didn't want. After that, I was spoken to like a customer buying a used car from a sleazy salesman that wanted me to buy expensive glasses that I didn't need. I declined buying glasses that day and asked for my prescription instead. However, they wouldn't release it to me until I saw an eye care specialist for additional glaucoma testing. An appointment was made for me to see the specialist, that required me to miss work, use a personal day and spend a couple hundred dollars out of pocket. Also, I had to pay almost $100 for the eye exam and glaucoma test at America's Best. After the specialist telling me that it's absurd that I would have glaucoma at the age of 25 it took a couple weeks of phone calls to America's Best for them to release my prescription. Once I got the prescription filled by a different company I could barely see anything. Upon further inspection, we discovered that America's Best gave me an erroneous prescription that wasn't even close to what I needed. Also, I received a bill for another $120 from the specialist months after the exam. So all I received from America's best was an erroneous prescription and a bank account that's hundreds of dollars lighter. DO NOT GO THERE.
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Doctors Give Wrong Prescriptions; Bad Customer Service
