A very good friend of mine's daughter was involved in an accident, they were told they could only retrieve their purses, but if anything fell out of their purses while removing them that they would not be able to pick up what had fallen out. Someone needs to remind the owners that this is a violation of Wisconsin law. The vehicle was covered under insurance and even if it wasn't covered it is a violation of Wisconsin law to hold anyone's personal belongings hostage. Wake up Crosby Towing, before you have a lawsuit on your hands.
