I went to Gelnmoor Auto for Smog test this morning 6/11. My car failed...I knew what the problem even before going for the test. When I ask them for quote for fixing the problem, they are not even listening to me.
They are saying Smog test machine gave a code which may not be correct. I need to get Full diagnosis before they start any repair or fixing.. they are not even ready to give the quote.
I have decided to get it fixed from Toyota Dealer, Dealer told me, they should not even do the smog test if CEL (Check Engine Light) is ON. And also most of the SMOG Testing shops give free re-test if your vehicle fails... When I have asked Glenmoor Auto, they said they will charge me again to re test.
I Will Not recommend any one to go there, unless u r totally dumb head, or u do not bother what u get for what you pay for.
