Roto Rooter Plumbers 1/12/2011. SNOWJAM 2011! Wouldn't you know it that as soon as it started snowing my sewage started backing up in the basement. I called Roto Rooter immediately on Monday January 9th when the entire city was at a standstill. For the next 2 days they set appointments with the hope that someone would be able to traverse the tundra. I received continuous updates as to when my nearest technician would try again. After 3 days without using running water, I was desperate! Finally on Wednesday January 12th Randy was able to get to me. My neighbor called to tell me she saw the Roto Rooter truck sliding down the hill toward my house so I ran outside and flagged him down. Within 2 hours he had cleaned the clogged pipe and life was back to normal. Well sort of, I wasn't able to leave my neighborhood for another 2 days.
This service call was truly above and beyond the call of duty! I will never call anyone else!
