Review content:
I had my hair done there yesterday and I am very unhappy with my entire experience. I had 2 streaks of purple in my hair that I wanted to have the purple removed. I called first to see if it would even be possible, due to the fact that matalic hair dye was used to put the purple in and would required special product to remove it. (Bleach would just melt it) Chris spoke to me and assured me that they had the products needed to remove the color without any damage to my hair. Next day I showed up to have Chris fix my hair. I sat with lightener in my hair for about 2 hours. He had taken out one foil (the one with the least purple in it) and towel dried that piece of hair off. I grabbed the piece of hair to move it out of my face and the hair broke off in my fingers. I asked him to remove the rest of the foils. I then had to pay for a deep conditioning treatment to help repair the damage that he did to my hair, fallowed by a half ass blow dry. He then proceeded to try and sell me products to take home to fix my damaged hair. ""Messing up someones hair is no way to sell product"" I now have pink and bleached white hair with the texture of a cotton ball. And I paid to have someone do that to me. And I will have to pay more to have someone else fix it.
Every time I look in the mirror I regret that I did pay you. If he didn't think he could fix my hair without damaging it he should have just said so, like a few other salons did, and I would have walked out happy. You should never walk out of a salon looking worse than when you walked in.
