Review content:
Four voice messages were not replyed to until I called a fifth time, to which I was told there would be a $100 cash fee for an initial evaluation. After being hospitalized, they were quick to book me for three sessions per week at my insurance carrier's expense. During our first visit, the ""Doctor"" ate constantly and allowed the private meeting to be disturbed SIX TIMES by answering her phone. The location was run down, obviously neglected for some time and filthy, located across the street from an establishment that serves booze. The ""doctor/counselor"" was more confrontational than compassionate, pushy and insitant rather than encouraging. However, I did attend one more session in group. The session was completely negative, leaving me feel belittled, publicly humiliated and angry enough that I will never return there. I have now a professional counselor. I would recommend that no one consider this location or this discraceful excuse for a therapist, who by the way if in charge of improving my health should not be morbidly obese, but is.
Cons: A complete waste of time and money. A very negative environment unconducive to healing.
