I have lived at a Sela Investments property for over three years. I love Amy Gonyea the landlord. Sela Investments has truly made my life complete, and secure. If there has ever been an issue, I notify maintenance, and Amy. I have watched Amy work with a number of residents, she is by far the most caring and loving landlord ever in history. My apartment is beautiful, the building is always clean and organized. I cant believe what the person wrote about there damage deposit. My guess is the apartment was left dirty, and there was probably damage. I have never witnessed Amy to be rude or upset with any resident. The opposite I have witnessed to be loyal, caring and truthful.
