I have only been to this salon once but I wouldn't go back if I was paid. I had highlighted hair and wanted to go lighter ( I was very specific) I walked out a red tinted brown. I was so shocked I just paid and left, when I called to let them know I was unhappy they were belittling because ""we've never had any complaints before"". I was offered her services again to fix but with my hair worse than it had ever looked and I was not about to let them mess with it again.
Pros: will fix if unhappy
Cons: price, skill, attitude
