I have been a Sprint customer since they merged with Netel about 4 years ago. I have not had any issues with their service or phones since the merge. I recently visited this location to upgrade to the EVO 3D. I immediately greeted by an associate named Michael B., he was very helpful, energetic and helpful throughout the entire process. He was very thorough in explaining some of the plan changes (4G service) and let me know what to expect on my bills. He also showed me some basics on how to use my new phone. I am extremely satisfied with the service I was provided at this store and also love my new phone!!!!!
