Review content:
I had an issue with my phone of less than 4 months not consistently charging. I decided to take it into Sprint to see if they could look at it. First thing that kind of pissed me off is that when the CSR was pulling the battery case off he fumbled my phone dropping it to the ground. This is the first time this phone had ever been dropped. Anyways, he told me that someone would look at it and to come back in thirty minutes. Thirty minutes later the tech from the back brought my phone out and handed it to me along with a receipt that had my micro usb port taped to it. He said it fell off the motherboard as soon as he opened the phone. He said there was nothing that he could do because it was obvious user damage and that I should have bought insurance on it since it was such an expensive phone. I immediately requested to speak to the supervisor. He tried to brush me off because he was on the phone with Sprint Corporate. I told him I could wait until he was done on the phone but then he insisted on not helping then and there. He said there was nothing that could be done because I had damaged the phone. I told him that it was working 75% of the time before I came in and now it won't charge at all. I also mentioned how one of the CSR's dropped my phone and he said that has nothing to do with the micro usb port falling out. I got out of there before I did something I would regret. The tech stopped me before I could get out and i think he tried to sell me a phone under the table or something but I wasn't really paying attention because of the rage. I can't believe Sprint hasn't done something about this yet.
