Unfortunately I recently had and accident and had to use my auto insurance coverage. If it wasn?t for the friendly and expert service I received from Julie Moe, her staff, and the claims people at State Farm, I don?t know what I would have done. If you have never been in an accident before (like me) it can be an overwhelming experience. I saw firsthand why I have stayed with State Farm for so many years. Lots of companies have tried to lure me away, but it?s not worth it. Julie has years of experience in claims and really helped me out. She has also trained her employees (I dealt with Kathy) to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped turn a horrible experience into something that I walked away from feeling good about.
