I'm talking about the plumber from Roto-Rooter who had to come twice to my house to fix a leak under my sink. He came at the time of his appointment, and was friendly and pleasant. He checked everything, ran the disposal, and nothing leaked! He said if it did leak, he'd be back and wouldn't charge me the trip charge. That night when I ran the disposal with food in it, it leaked. After talking to him on the phone to explain what had happened, we decided it had to be the disposal. I said I'd buy the replacement myself, and made another appointment. He came, installed the new disposal, carefully cleaned up under the sink and the floor and left me very pleased to have the problem solved so neatly and competently. Roto-Rooter is a good company to have such an employee. I recommend them.
