Okay, for one it clearly states their hours in their phone message, and the website. They are open after 3pm almost every day. Between noon and 3pm they are closed. They also clearly state upon dropoff that you will be charged for a 2nd day if you don't pick up before noon. Why? Think about it - your dog has stayed for over half of that day after that! And Anna's past has nothing to do with what she does now. She was one of the best dog trainers in the prison. Paws for Prison, Prison Dogs, and all the other training programs exist to help the people AND the dogs! She actually got her education! People wonder why we have repeat criminals? It's because no one gives them a chance when they get out! What happened, happened when she was 15! She got out when she was over 30! She did nothing wrong during her time, and has done nothing since she got out! And the actual ""killers"" that were part of the group are still in jail. So don't make a good business who will actually give someone a second chance suffer just because you are incapable of forgiveness. She has helped so many people and animals, it's not fair to her. If Shanda wasn't meant to die - she wouldn't have. She served as a lesson. Her death changed many people's lives - even the girls involved - for the better. Pros: Heated Floors, Friendly (COMPETENT & CARING) staff
