I have used Tausha for two investment properties: one that I rent out, and one that I'm remodeling. I specifically chose Tausha for these projects because she's done it herself and helped me every step of the way. The second house yielded a surprise at the closing table that took an additional week to clear up and turned very nasty with the sellers. Most realtors would have have bailed at that point because 99% of the job was done, but Tausha jumped in and saw it to completion, working through the unpleasant situation. I still ask her advice and how-to questions five months later, and she has an answer every time.
Pros: Great investment knowledge; once a client, always a client
Cons: None!
