Tausha's a superstar in a sea amateurs. She did a fantastic job helping me find, negotiate, and close on my house. From day one she understood that I needed less handholding when it came the home buying process, and more when it came to sorting out the features I wanted in a house, and catered her approach accordingly. Her knowledge and enthusiasm, especially when it came to helping me see a house for what it could be, is first rate. Tausha's firsthand experience with her own remodeling projects was invaluable every time we stood in a property and I asked, ""how could I change this and what will that cost?? She offered her honest opinion which discouraged me from several potential properties, but established her credibility in my eyes. When it came to the house I purchased, I can't speak highly enough of her expert advice in navigating the complications of major foundation and plumbing repairs, without which would likely have caused me to pass over the perfect home. But in the end, none of that matters if the home buying process isn't fun, and Tausha and I had plenty of laughs along the way. I look forward to working with her when I buy my next house.
