Okay, first let me qualify this by saying that I hate writing and I am usually way to lazy to fill out surveys or contribute to reviews. I was so impressed with the Julian Hans Salon in Laguna Hills Mall, that I had to make an exception in this case. You can tell that the owners of the salon stress customer satisfaction in all aspects of the business. If you get home and decide that you don't like your hair style, come back in and they will fix it for you for free. If you don't like a product that you bought there, bring it back and they will exchange it for you. It is not too often that you see a company, any company, stand behind the quality of work that they do and the quality of products they sell, the way Julian Hans does.
Although there are so many talented and amazing stylists there my loyalty definitely lies with Brittany. Not only is she one of the most beautiful people I have ever met, but she also has an amazing personality. She will keep you smiling and laughing the entire time you are there. You can tell she truly cares about ensuring you have a great experience and she really wants to make sure you get the hair style that you want. She takes great pride in her work and she refuses to let you out of the chair until you are 100% satisfied with the job she has done.
If you are in Orange County and looking for a new salon or if you have a special occasion coming up and want to make sure you look your best, do yourself a favor and stop by Julian Hans Salon and make sure you ask for Brittany. You won't be disappointed.
